About Harkcon

Brett Gary manages our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) portfolio, currently providing program management support to the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) and Office of Science and Technology (S&T). His staff supports senior executives with executive administrator, executive advisor, workforce analyst, and privacy analyst subject matter expertise.

 

Brett joined Harkcon in September of 2021 after serving over 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and delivers the Harkcon Team and client’s extensive leadership, management, and technical subject matter expertise in performance analyses, instructional systems design, workforce analyses, and business process re-engineering efforts. Brett’s goals are focused on helping improve organizations and people to better perform in their job roles. He believes developing strong relationships and partnerships are the key to success.

 

Brett earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is active in the community coaching youth sports.
