About Harkcon

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Knox is responsible for financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. He oversees long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan. John has been with Harkcon for over 11 years, previously serving as Senior Program Manager for DHS and Coast Guard programs. John is a 21-year Coast Guard Veteran where he was a Cutterman and commanded CG Electronic Systems Support Unit New Orleans, LA. 

 

John has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a certification in Software Systems Engineering, and has developed many comprehensive workforce analysis modeling tools for Harkcon clients.  John is an avid touring bicyclist; some of his adventures include multi-day cycling the Erie Canal, Great Allegheny Passage, and C&O Canal Towpath.
