Kevin Harkins, Ph.D. - Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Harkins is responsible for the overall direction and success of Harkcon, Inc. He is also responsible for providing the strategic leadership of the company by working with the Board of Directors to establish, implement and oversee long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Kevin has more than 30+ years of leadership and management experience in both the public and private sectors. He has consulted across a broad-spectrum of human performance improvement areas, with a particular focus on: competency modeling and management, strategic planning, organizational assessment, specialty management, various types of workforce analyses, recruiting and hiring, training, performance evaluation, organizational structure, and workforce flow.
