About Harkcon

As the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Harkins is responsible for Harkcon’s strategic technical and scientific initiatives. This includes Research and Development with an emphasis in autonomous systems and product development in support of Core Human Capital and Resource Capabilities. Additionally, he supervises information technology services and cloud enabled business knowledge management applications. Mr. Harkins is a retired U.S. Naval Officer and Physicist. Recent experience includes an appointment as Senior Lecturer and Associate Chair for Academics in the Physics Department at the Naval Postgraduate School.
