Awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide Analytical Support Services for the U.S. Coast Guard Human Resources Directorate (CG-1) July 8, 2011, McLEAN, VA — Kevin Harkins, Ph.D., President and CEO of Harkcon, Inc., recently announced Harkcon’s receipt of a U.S. Coast Guard Human Resources Directorate (CG-1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for analytical support services; specifically the analysis, development, and refinement of human resources policies, procedures and tools that support the effective management of all parts of the Coast Guard workforce. Harkcon was one of four contractors to be awarded a BPA and will compete for task orders within the Coast Guard’s human resources system. The BPA will include program management and integration services, analytical support, policy research development, performance interventions, and change management and communications support.
