Awarded 5 Year $15.4 Million Contract to Provide Instructional Development and Delivery Production Capability to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) to Support Its Critically Important Training Mission July 3, 2012, Fredricksburg, VA — Kyle Moore, President, and Kevin Harkins, Ph.D., CEO, of Harkcon, Inc., announced Harkcon’s receipt of a NNSA Emergency Operations Training Academy (EOTA) contract to provide the full range of training development and delivery services. Teamed with its partner Innovative Technology Partnerships, LLC (ITP), Harkcon will provide EOTA a complete instructional development and delivery production capability built on reliable technology, expert staff, superior implementation of the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) process, and a responsive professional management team that is highly experienced and focused on providing innovative training solutions. "Providing the full range of training analysis, development and delivery services is what we do," said Moore.
