Harkcon, Inc. awarded contract to perform manpower requirements analysis for US Coast Guard Military

Harkcon, Inc. was awarded a contract to determine manpower requirements for Coast Guard Office of Civilian Human Resources and Military Personnel Policy Staffs (CG-121 and CG-122). This is in support of CG-121 and CG-122’s efforts to use available resources to the Service’s best advantage, as well as identifying opportunities to improve the office’s performance through staffing adjustments.
