Harkcon, Inc. to consult with Department of State ATA's maritime capacity building initiative

Harkcon, Inc. has been awarded a contract as a lead provider of specialized project consultations to support ATA’s maritime security and capacity building initiatives. The most recent initiative is the facilitation of an interagency working group in the Kingdom of Jordan to produce a Maritime Incident Response and Recovery Plan for the Port of Aqaba.
