Harkcon, Inc. Awarded U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environment Enforcement

Harkcon has been awarded two task orders under the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with ABS Consulting. BSEE works to promote safety, protect the environment, and conserve resources offshore through vigorous regulatory oversight and enforcement in a variety of areas including safety management systems and personnel training requirements. Harkcon, Inc. provides customized job aids and training materials to enable BSEE to meet their objectives. The subcontractor services comprise of the attending BSEE Initiated Offshore Drill, sourcing control consultations, constructing ICS job aids, and assisting BSEE with a certification program to increase safety of the personnel who will be conducting work for BSEE on the Outer Continental Shelf, as well as uncovering shortcomings, developments, and ideas for the work at hand.
