Harkcon, Inc. wins the U.S General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS-SB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Vehicle in Pool 1. OASIS and OASIS-SB are a family of 7 separate Governmentwide multiple award, IDIQ contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OASIS SB is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract (FAR 19.502). OASIS contracts provide a single solution for complex requirements and support multiple technical disciplines including engineering, scientific, logistic and management consulting services as well as program management, and research and development.
