Harkcon Inc wins Prime Contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to deliver world class leadership program. As Harkcon celebrates its seventeenth year in business delivering performance management solutions to the US Government, its departments and agencies, including the FBI.
Together with strategic partners Aptive Resources and a leading consulting firm, the Leadership and Development Program will provide subject matter expertise and project management support to the FBI’s Human Resource Division. The contract’s key objective is to assess the FBI's current leadership processes and provide input to the FBI’s efforts to redesign and update their leadership selection process, optimizing the way the agency selects, develops and evaluates its current and future leaders.
The renewed leadership selection process will play a key role in meeting the FBI’s mission to “protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States”.
Harkcon and its partners, will strengthen the candidate pipeline by implementing a range of human capital solutions and deploy various tools such as benchmarking guides to develop a standardized selection process that trains, develops and rewards the different career paths of every leader.
